4. Order Terms and Conditions
4.1 Minimum Order Quantities
Our standard minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per design for custom orders. Different MOQs may apply to specific product categories or customization requirements.
4.2 Sampling and Development
Sample development typically takes 7 days. Sample fees may apply and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Sample fees are generally deductible from bulk order payments.
4.3 Production Timeline
Standard production time is 20 days after order confirmation and receipt of deposit. Rush orders may be accommodated subject to additional charges and production capacity.
5. Payment Terms

We guarantee that all products meet agreed specifications. In case of manufacturing defects or quality issues, we offer free rework or replacement within reasonable limits.
Claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery with supporting documentation and evidence.

We respect and protect our clients' intellectual property rights and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all custom designs and proprietary information.
Client IP Protection
All custom designs, patterns, and specifications provided by clients remain their exclusive property. We do not reproduce or sell similar products to third parties without explicit consent.

8. Limitations of Liability
